I process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data.
2. What data I process and why
Contact form and email communication. When you send me an enquiry via the form on the site or by email, I process your name, email address and the content of your message (and phone number if you provide one).
- Purpose: replying to your enquiry, preparing a quote and communication prior to entering into a contract.
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — measures prior to entering into a contract taken at your request. I do not require your consent for this processing.
- Retention period: 12 months from the last communication; if a contract is concluded, for the duration of the contract and applicable warranty periods.
Billing data. If you order my services, I process the data required to issue a tax document (name, address, and company ID if applicable). The legal basis is compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR); accounting documents are retained for 10 years under accounting law.
3. Who I share data with
The contact form on the site is technically provided by Formspree (Formspree, Inc., based in the USA), which acts as a processor — it delivers form data to my email. The transfer of data to the USA is covered in accordance with Chapter V GDPR (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses). More in the Formspree privacy policy.
Website and email hosting is provided by Websupport, s.r.o. I do not sell or provide your data to any third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Cookies and analytics
This site uses no cookies and no third-party analytics or marketing tools. If this changes in the future, you will be informed and I will ask for your consent for non-essential cookies.
5. Your rights
In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the right:
- to access your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR),
- to rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
- to erasure of data if it is no longer necessary (Art. 17 GDPR),
- to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
- to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
- to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR).
